We are transparent about when and how we use AI 

We use AI to support research, content development, service design, and client  communication. When AI has played a meaningful role in a deliverable, we say so. You will  never receive AI-generated work presented as purely human-authored without disclosure. 

We apply professional judgment to every AI output 

AI tools assist our thinking — they do not replace it. Every recommendation, resource, or  piece of content that reaches a client has been reviewed and approved by a credentialed  human practitioner. We do not deliver raw AI output. 

We protect your personal information 

We do not input your personally identifiable information into AI systems without your  knowledge. We do not share confidential client or business data with third-party AI  platforms. We communicate clearly about what tools are in use and handle your  information with care. 

We stay current on AI capabilities, risks, and ethics 

The AI landscape changes quickly. We commit to ongoing learning — including  understanding bias, hallucination risks, and the evolving policy landscape for AI in  professional and business contexts.

We use AI in service of real outcomes, not just efficiency 

Our goal is meaningful results for the people and organizations we serve. We evaluate AI  tools by asking not just what is faster, but what actually works — and we will not  recommend tools we cannot stand behind. 

What this means when you work with us

• We will flag it if an AI tool produces something we cannot confidently verify.
